Nonlinear Acoustics

The complex structure of the human skull makes it challenging to use ultrasound for the diagnosis and treatment of brain disease or injury. Our lab is particularly interested in exploring the nonlinear ultrasonic wave propagation in the brain to improve therapeutics and diagnosis.
